T&T Business Solutions believes in company alignment. Our “Alignment Process” is our tool for successful execution. Company alignment is viewed from two angles in the T&T method. First, does the vision of ownership align with employee understanding? And two, does the customer’s experience align with ownership’s vision?
The “Alignment Process” comes in the Power of Three. Understand, Design and Execute.
Understand: Understand why the company is or is not delivering what ownership wants.
Design: Create a process map that is based on what is learned during the understanding phase. This map concentrates on addressing the “Why” with concrete, easy-to-understand and implement solutions.
Execute: We help execute the process map. T&T will teach, train and lastly coach towards design execution.
